Asia/Pacific Division

The Asia/Pacific Division is a division that deals mainly with issues that are related to the Asia and the Pacific. Asia is the Earth’s largest and most populous continent, located primarily in the eastern and northern hemispheres. Today Asia and the Pacific are fastest growing economic regions in the world, yet unsustainable growth, population increase, increase consumption and urbanization challenge the region’s sustainable development.

For Vanuatu as a least Developed Country (LDC) to grow and develop economically, establishing Diplomatic Relations with its counterpart countries in the Asia-Pacific region helps Vanuatu to grow in terms of its relations within the region but also to develop and safeguard Vanuatu’s economic development with the outside world.
